2.The personal data processed by the Company:

3.Legal reasons for the processing of the personal information and data of the User, according to which the Company processes them, constitute:

4.The cases in which the Company processes the Personal data of the User:
Contact: The Company provides the User with the ability to contact it, after completing the relevant contact form, by phone or by sending an e-mail. In this form, the User is asked to fill in his name, e-mail address, telephone number and message. The corresponding information is also requested from the Company’s customer service center, during the telephone or e-mail communication of the User with it. The Company keeps and protects the above personal data and uses them only for its communication with the User, regarding the services it provides. It bears no responsibility for the inaccuracy or untruth of the information provided by the User or their provision by a third party not authorized for this purpose.
Sending informative, promotional and advertising messages: The Company enables the User to subscribe to its Newsletter. The personal data provided by the User may be used for informational, promotional and advertising purposes of the Company, as well as for the improvement of its services, by conducting a customer satisfaction survey / by sending e-mails and only with the consent of the User. 5.Use and transfer of personal data:
The Company processes exclusively the personal data of its users, through the use of appropriate electronic and information systems and their entry in its specially designed database (electronic and / or handwritten).
The Company may provide and transmit personal data and information of the User to partner companies, while remaining itself responsible for the processing of their personal data.

6.Duration of storage of personal data:

Pre-revocation processing operations remain valid and legal. The revocation of the consent is addressed to the Head of Personal Data Processing of the Company.
7.The rights of the User regarding his personal data:
Right of access: The User has the right of access to the data collected in order to be aware and verify the legality of the processing. It also has the right to be informed about the processing as well as to have access to personal data and related information.
Right of correction: The User has the right, through a supplementary statement to the Personal Data Processor, to correct inaccuracies or to fill in incomplete personal data.
Right of deletion (“right to be forgotten”): The User has the right to request the deletion of personal data, which were collected for processing with his consent, or for reasons of protection of the legal interests of the Company. The above right is subject to restrictions, such as in the case of public interest and mandatory processing provided by law.
Right to restrict processing: The User is entitled to request from the Personal Data Processor the restriction of processing, when:
the accuracy of the personal data is questioned and for as long as it takes until they are verified
the User opposes the deletion of personal data and requests, instead, the restriction of their use,
personal data is no longer needed for processing purposes, but this data is required by the User to establish, exercise or support legal claims,
The User has objections to the processing but the legal reasons prevail, which concern the Company and allow it to be processed, despite the objections.
Right to object to the processing: The User has the right to object at any time to the processing of his personal data. The Personal Data Processor will no longer process personal data unless there are compelling and legitimate reasons for processing it, which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or the processing is necessary to establishment, exercise or support of legal claims. If the processing is for the purposes of direct marketing and consumer profile training, the Personal Data User is entitled to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to him for such marketing, including profiling, if any.
Right to portability: The User has the right to receive his personal data in an accessible form and to process it in a commonly used method. In addition, the User is entitled to request to the Company, in case this is technically possible, to transfer the data provided to another Processor. This right exists for personal data whose processing is carried out by automated means, either with the consent of the User, or in execution of a relevant contract.

8.Protection and Security of Personal Data
The Company will take all appropriate measures to protect, securely process and store the personal data of its Users, in order to avoid cases of loss, destruction, unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure, as far as possible. The Company can not, however, guarantee that it will not become the object of malicious actions against it, indirectly affecting the User.
